Currently located inside of the Copper Star Shooting Range. Our instructors learn from high level martial artists from all over the globe and aim to share that instruction to the residents of the Verde Valley!

Jiu-jitsu

GRACIE JIU JITSU TEACHES PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENSE TECHNIQUES.  The thought of having to defend yourself against a bigger, stronger assailant might be scary, but Gracie Jiu Jitsu is designed to help you overcome your fears. By teaching students to take the fight to the ground where they can use chokeholds and other effective techniques to defend themselves, Gracie Jiu Jitsu helps leverage even a small body into a huge problem for an attacker. Best of all, Gracie Jiu Jitsu builds strength and agility, both of which help in self-defense situations.

Kickboxing

TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY: 6:00PM-7:00PM

 

FITNESS GOES TO A NEW LEVEL WITH FULL-BODY WORKOUTS THAT BUILD MUSCLE AND IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY. Get in the best shape of your life with our Northern Arizona Kickboxing Classes. Getting into shape can be a challenge if you don’t work your entire body. Our NAZ Kickboxing uses all major muscle groups, helping to give you the strength, flexibility, and stamina you need.
